Digital Media

Matanzas High School’s Digital Media/Multimedia Foundations curriculum provides students the opportunity to learn industry-level skills in basic computer knowledge, illustration software, digital still photography, photo editing software, and advanced design.

This rigorous program is meant to prepare students for work as multimedia artists and animators. Students begin by learning Adobe Photoshop in their first year of the program and continue learning Adobe Illustrator and InDesign as they advance throughout the program. Upon completing each course, students have the opportunity to earn Adobe Certified Associate industry certifications in the programs they master.
