AP Exam Schedule


August 10- November 2

FAIR Testing AP 1 Window                                              180 Minutes

 

September 4-September 14:  District quarterly (Q1) assessments for state assessed courses on block scheduling.  

 

Tuesday, September 18

Grades 11-12        FSA Writing Retake                                 120 min

*  Students may have up to 3 hours & 7 minutes per session if necessary for Writing

*Writing Retake window closes on September 21

 

Wednesday, September 19th

FSA Algebra 1 & FSA Geometry Session 1                   90-180 min

 

Thursday, September 20th  

FSA Algebra 1 & FSA Geometry EOC Session 2           90-180 min

*Calculators may be used only on session 2 of FSA EOCs

*  Students may have up to 3 hours & 7 minutes per session if needed

 

Tuesday, September 25th

Grades 11-12       FSA ELA Reading Retake Session 1        90 min

 

Wednesday, September 26th

Grades 11-12       FSA ELA Reading Retake Session 2        90 min

*All Computer Based Reading Retake must be completed by September 28th

*  Students may have up to 3 hours & 7 minutes per session if necessary for Reading Retakes

 

Thursday, September 27th

NGSSS Biology & US History Exams                                160 min (CBT)*

* Students may use an entire school day to finish Biology & US History if needed

 

Week of October 4-12:  District quarterly (Q1) assessments for state assessed courses on year-long scheduling.  

District quarterly (Q2) assessments for state assessed courses on block scheduling.  

 

October 10  (paper based) (PSAT School Day)

PSAT/NMSQT  (Grades 10 & 11 Only)                           180 minutes

SAT (for 12th graders needing concordant)                             Full Day

Grade 9 will report to designated academic area from 8:00-12:15

Grade 12 non-testers will report to designated area from 8:00-12:15

 

Week of November 5-16th:    District quarterly (Q3) assessments for state assessed courses on block scheduling.  

 

December 11th-12th  (Makeups through December 14th)

FSA Algebra 1 & FSA Geometry EOC Session 1         90-180 min

FSA Algebra 1 & FSA Geometry EOC Session 2         90-180 min

*Calculators may be used only on session 2 of FSA EOCs

*  Students may have up to 3 hours per session if they need it for Algebra 1 or Geometry

 

December 13th (Biology & US History EOC)

NGSSS Biology & US History Exams                                160 min (CBT)*

* Students may have up to an entire school day to finish these exams

*  State makeup window closes on December 14th, 2018

 

December 12-20th:    District quarterly (Q2) assessments for state assessed courses on year-long scheduling.  

 

December 14th-20:  Semester 1 Finals & Common District Finals

 

January 7-February 8: FAIR AP 2 Window

January 28 - March 21: Grades 9-12 WIDA for ELL students (PBT)

February 11-end of Q4: FAIR AP 3 Window 

 

3rd week of February: Tentative for ASVAB

 

February 25 - April 26, 2019

Florida Standards Alternative Assessment (FSAA) window

 

Tuesday, February 26th

Retakers (11-12) FSA Writing Retakes 120 min (CBT)

 

Wednesday, February 27-Thursday, February 28

Retakers (11-12) FSA Reading Retakes 90 min (CBT)

FSA Reading Retake is administered in two 90 minute sessions over 2 days

Students may use up to a half of a school day per session if needed for Reading Retake

Students must participate in the Writing and both Reading sessions (3 sessions total) in order to receive a final FSA Reading score.

 

Wednesday, March 6th

Grade 11 SAT School Day 225 min(PBT)

No makeup dates for SAT. Only juniors can take SAT

Grade 12 without FSA ELA SAT School Day-NCR 225 min(PBT) No makeup dates for SAT. Only seniors without the ELA grad requirement can take this test.

 

March 7- March 8:

FSA Algebra I EOC Retake Sessions 1 & 2 90 min (CBT)

Including seniors who need to pass the exam for graduation requirements.

Note: Students participating in this “Retake” window may not take Algebra I EOC during May administration.

 

Week of March 18-22: Half Credit Block CDFs

Tuesday, April 2nd

Monday, May 6-Friday, May 17: Advanced Placement Testing

 

Tuesday, May 7-Wednesday May 8

Grades 9 & 10 FSA ELA Reading Sessions 1&2 90 min (CBT)

 

Tuesday, May 14-Wednesday May 15 (CBT)

FSA Algebra 1 and Geometry EOCs Sessions 1&2 90 min (CBT)

 

All FSA EOCs must be given in two sessions over two days Sessions are 90 minutes per day for FSA EOCs

 

Tuesday, May 21

NGSSS Biology EOC 160 mins (CBT) Wednesday, May 22 NGSSS US History EOC 160 mins (CBT)

 

Students may use a full school day to complete the Biology or U.S. History EOC CDF schedules for Seniors and Underclassmen will be released during the 4th 9 weeks.
